Adam Mullen
Director of Information Technology

Adam has been working in the Higher Education information services field since 2007.  In that time, he has become intimately familiar with the Datatel Colleague student information system and its many components.  His duties have ranged the gamut of administrative computing areas, including those of a Programmer/Analyst, Senior Systems Analyst, System Administrator [Colleague], and Server Administrator. He also has experience with LMS solutions from BlackBoard and WebCT. 

Adam prides himself on his understanding of the overall Colleague Student Information System.  Having experience implementing WebAdvisor, DataOrchestrator ODS with WebIntelligence, Datatel Active Campus Portal, as well as Colleague itself has garnered him a great deal of knowledge about how the pieces of the Student Information System come together to add value for Students, Faculty, and Staff at an institution.  His experience orchestrating data migration from legacy systems, tailoring and developing processes for end users, and system administration has allowed him to practice his skills identifying issues and possible solutions, working with stakeholders to help them to perform their tasks more effectively and efficiently. 

Subject Matter Expert:   Colleague SQL environments, Electronic File Export/Import [ELF] development, Colleague Windows environments and their administration, WebAdvisor development, Envision programming, and BusinessIntelligence report development.
