MY BUDGET ENHANCEMENTS

The My Budget Enhancement is a modification to the Datatel-delivered My Budget module. The enhancement is accessible through WebAdvisor, and security follows the standard GL security already defined in Colleague.

• Gives budget managers access to budget data from past fiscal years. Grants and projects that span fiscal years can be easily managed with this custom workflow.
• Provides the ability to export the budget reports to Excel. Exporting to Excel allows for more flexibility with reporting and budget analysis.

The My Budget Enhancements can be extended even further with the ability to email personalized billing reminders straight out of Colleague.

3rd party payment solution is also available – providing a FERPA compliant means to collect payments from parents, guardians and other payers.
