STUDENT SERVICES ASSESSMENT

The goal of the Student Services Assessment as conducted by the Ferrilli Information Group (FIG) is to evaluate the institution’s current delivery of services to students and identify areas for enhancement. Ferrilli Information Group will conduct interviews with staff and students in order to evaluate levels of efficiency and key areas where short comings exist.  The FIG assessment team will utilize a variety of methods including individual interviews, group interviews, student focus groups, and observation techniques to create a comprehensive Road Map for Success for the institution.
