Senior Business Process Engineer

Terry is a Senior Business Process Engineer and Site Lead with Ferrilli Information Group. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science and a Master of Arts in Political Science. During his career, he has built a broad knowledge base in the IT spectrum including networking, databases, programming and multi-tiered systems.

He is comfortable and adept at serving several hundred users and is a skilled communicator who enables the translation from business requirements to technical solutions. In addition, Terry always creates and includes comprehensible documentation. Terry has held various titles throughout his career in IT, including Network Administrator, Programmer Analyst, IT Consultant and Assistant Director.

His areas of expertise include but are not limited to: Sharepoint, Datatel Colleague business processing/programming, testing and installation of software updates, and reporting in both the Unidata and SQL environments. He has implemented and successfully used reporting tools such as Informer and SQL Reporting Services.

Terry has managed large scale hardware/software rollouts which required tight coordination, excellent collaboration skills, and strict adherence to scheduling and supervisory direction. He always requests and integrates the user community’s specifications to achieve the highest level of application/system ease of use. He also adheres to solid project management essentials.
