Valerie is a Senior Business Process Engineer with Ferrilli Information Group and she holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems. During her career, she has worked exclusively at notable institutions of higher education for over ten years.

She is comfortable and adept at serving several hundred users and is a skilled trainer of institutional programmers and business process specialists. Valerie has created and modified processes for ERP, Datatel Colleague, WebAdvisor, and Benefactor, including front end screens, batch processes and reports, and ELF import processes.  She provides guidance and is a resource to Applications Development Teams. 

Her other areas of expertise include: testing and installation of software updates, supplying detailed workflow updates to upper management, and providing analysis and solutions for issues with ERP.

Realizing that every institution is unique, Valerie has aided in specific project(s) planning, and has customized updates for specific users.  She exceeds her clients’ expectations by continually requesting and obtaining information from the user community, and will critique on any implemented changes and upgrades that are performed.  She requests and integrates the user community’s specifications to achieve the highest level of application/system ease of use.  She is a strong liaison between third party vendors and her user community.   Valerie firmly believes that testing/retesting of installations and revisions provides the most optimal systems for her clientele.
