David Prudencio
Vice President of Services

David Prudencio is the Vice President of Services with Ferrilli Information Group. He has more than twenty years of progressive experience in information technology with fourteen of those in Higher Education. David is a true problem-solver who brings extensive experience in business processes and best practices in Higher Education. He provides an empathetic approach to delivering the solutions that clients need and expect.

David is also a certified Project Management Professional with years of experience bringing projects from design to completion on time and within budget. Since joining FIG, he has worked with numerous colleges nation–wide including Dean College (Franklin, MA), the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, and Hillsborough Community College (Tampa, FL). Prior to working with Ferrilli Information Group, David was instrumental in the North Carolina Community College project, which encompassed all 58 North Carolina Community College campuses. David was responsible for implementing Colleague in a template fashion that could be used throughout the North Carolina system.

Having worked in both the private college and community college settings, David can offer insight into the benefits and limitations of the Datatel products, as well as the complementary third party options a client may desire. Throughout his career, he has held the positions of Colleague/Benefactor Administrator, Database Administration, Programmer Analysts, Lead Analyst, Principal Consultant, Manager of Customer Services, and Vice President. David has successfully implemented Colleague releases 12 through 18 with more than 70 institutions.
