PARENT MODULE

The Parent Module is a custom process that allows a student to grant a parent/guardian rights to view their information via WebAdvisor. The student electronically invites the parent to gain access to their records. The parent receives an email and is able to use the information contained to electronically access the students’ information.

Once a parent is granted rights to access their student’s information he/she can login to WebAdvisor to view that information.

Upon the student approval the parent is provided access to:

• Student’s transcripts
• Student’s schedule
• Student’s profile
• Make a payment for a student
• View AR Account summary
• Financial Aid By Year
• Financial Aid by Term
• FA Award Letter
• Grades
• View 1098T

The Parent Module application reduces the number of parent questions directed to the student service center, eliminates the need to process paper release forms, increases the understanding of student’s accounts, and promotes student and parent communication to resolve problems.
